Our Cancellation Policy We realize that changing weather conditions may not always be favorable for a butterfly release. We allow cancellation for bad weather conditions with full refund five days before we are to ship your butterflies. We ask that you follow the "Five Day Weather Forecast" before making your decision to cancel.
