Our guarantee: We guarantee our butterflies to arrive alive and on time. In the unlikely event that the butterflies have expired we must be contacted within three days of the event. All of the butterflies must be returned to us within 10 days of the event and we will give you a full refund. In the event that the butterflies do not arrive before the event due to problems in the shipping we will give you a full refund. Problems rarely arise but if they do we provide the best customer service in the industry. 2008 is our 10th year in the butterfly business.
