to place your order. You can email us at info@kirkwoodbutterfly.com if you have any questions. Our butterflies are shipped as adults and are packaged ready for release. Each butterfly is placed in its own special release envelope or in a mass release box. The butterflies are shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight and arrive the day before the wedding. The butterflies are fed prior to shipping and are shipped in a special container with an ice pack to ensure their comfort. Kirkwood Butterfly Company is located in Clearwater, Florida. We have butterflies year round. We accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal. We also accept credit cards.
A 20% deposit is required with your order and the balance is due 10 days before the wedding. We guarantee our butterflies to arrive alive and on time. The butterflies should be released when the temperature is 70 degrees or above. The butterflies will not fly in cold weather. It is best to place your order four weeks in advance to ensure availability.
